Do we need to replace our existing technology?+

No. Aivhy starts with the machines, systems and technology already used within your operation. Many companies already have an ERP, MES, WMS or planning system, but only use part of its available functionality. Important activities may still be managed through spreadsheets, paper, emails, phone calls or manual data entry. In these situations, the customer has a choice. An additional standalone module can be purchased from the existing software supplier, when a suitable module is available. Alternatively, Aivhy can add the missing workflow, integration or functionality to the digital ecosystem and connect it with the existing system. In many cases, this can be a more flexible and cost-efficient option. We assess the available options together with the customer. The decision is based on functionality, integration possibilities, costs, scalability and the value it adds to the operation. Aivhy’s open and vendor-independent approach allows existing technology to remain in place while missing digital connections are added. Customers maintain independent access to and control over their operational data, without becoming dependent on one system or supplier.

What is Aivhy’s Central Data Hub?+

Aivhy’s Central Data Hub gives connected machines, systems and workflows one controlled foundation for authorised real-time information. Instead of creating a growing web of separate system-to-system connections, relevant information can be structured once and shared where it is needed in the agreed workflow, dashboard, alert, ERP system or AI application.

What is a Unified Namespace (UNS)?+

A Unified Namespace, or UNS, gives operational information a consistent structure across machines, processes, systems and sites. It helps people and connected applications understand what information relates to, such as an asset, production line, order or warehouse area. This makes data easier to find, reuse and expand over time, while keeping a clear traceable context.

What ERP systems does Aivhy connect with?+

Aivhy can connect with ERP systems through suitable available interfaces, databases or approved integration methods. The exact approach depends on the system, access, data and process requirements.

Can Aivhy connect with MES, WMS, QMS, CMMS or LIMS?+

Yes. Aivhy can connect existing operational and enterprise systems when suitable access and integration methods are available. The goal is to remove gaps between systems, people and the real process.

Can Aivhy connect modern and older machines?+

Yes. Aivhy works with modern and legacy equipment where a suitable connection or signal source is available. The required data, operational risk and technical options are assessed per machine or line.

Can you connect machines with our ERP or planning system?+

Yes. Machine status, output, downtime, quality or other agreed information can support the relevant ERP, MES or planning workflow when the use case and access are clear.

How is Aivhy’s BOS different from ERP, MES or WMS?+

ERP, MES and WMS each manage a defined part of the business. Aivhy’s BOS connects these systems with machines, people and workflows, and adds what is missing between them.

Can we keep spreadsheets during the transition?+

Yes, when they are still needed temporarily. Aivhy can replace them step by step with controlled workflows and shared information, rather than forcing an abrupt change.

Can Aivhy work with equipment from different suppliers?+

Yes. Aivhy is vendor independent and can work across different systems, equipment brands and generations. Each connection is assessed against the available interface and operational requirements.

Do we need a new cloud platform?+

Not necessarily. Aivhy can work with cloud, on-premises or hybrid environments where technically appropriate. The approach is agreed with the customer’s IT, OT and security requirements.

Does Aivhy become another disconnected system?+

Can the solution run on premises?+

Will Aivhy access every system and all data?+

Can we audit changes and operational records?+
